Founder / CEO
Allister oversees all aspects of the group and is forever providing a strategic, operational management plan which ensures successful project delivery.
Head of Procurement
Harriet has an in-depth background of the building industry. Overseeing all procurements for all our projects. Ensuring that the company’s operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply so that all projects are delivered to time.
Head Of Finance
Andrew Ensures the smooth running of the company’s finances by managing gains and expenditures, analysing financial markets against department business plans. He also keeps detailed records and identifies solutions to problems in financial processes.
Maitland Simpson Smith
Maitland is our contracts managers. He is responsible for coordinating every aspect of the project from reviewing and approving contract terms to coordinating deadlines, approving budgets and more. His role is key for ensuring all projects go smoothly.
Stefan is the senior QS for AG. Stefan oversees all sites and makes sure commercially we are always performing at the best possible standard.
Scott is one of our site managers, and brings with him many years of experience.
Supervising and overseeing the direction of multiple projects at once, ensuring continuity, preciseness and specifications are always met.
James is one of our site managers and his knowledge is growing continuously of what our clients want and expect when it comes to managing their projects.
Our architectural technician is responsible for supporting all architectural projects from concept to completion. Paul helps to provide technical building models, created using current technology and traditional methods.
Julie is our office manager. She manages general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently, while also maintaining clear records on office expenses by managing invoices and all other paperwork.
Hannah deals with all our in house property portfolio. She makes sure all our acquisitions are running smoothly and in a timely manner as well as being your first point of call if you are a buyer or tenant.
Owain has been to university and studied business management and has since decided to move into the Construction Industry.
Owain is currently under training to be in the near future our head buyer.
